Our marketing and communications community here in Buffalo is truly amazing. While we may not all know one another personally, we’re all connected – much like the six degrees that separate us from Kevin Bacon.
The inspiration behind starting this resource was one of service. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought challenges to the job market. Businesses have suffered, which has resulted in talented professionals losing their positions. To help those looking for a new job, I was inspired to create this free resource to try and help those looking for their next opportunity. Work should inspire us, so as job markets open up, I want to be able to connect people to their dream job and employers to candidates that will help make a difference for their organization.
I’m not the first one to offer such resources and I’m sure I won’t be the last. Why? Because we all care deeply about one another in this community of communication and marketing! And what a great community to be a part of and in one of the greatest cities in the world!
I’ll be taking a few weeks off from posting on the website – but don’t worry I’ll be back! My husband and I welcomed our second child, another daughter, so I’ll be using these weeks to rest, recover, and bond with our new family of four.
